Making the most of our assets!
Consultation now closed - results to follow shortly
We want your views on 17 sites which have been identified as
suitable for possible sale.
It’s part of the council’s ongoing Asset Management Plan to
ensure that all the land and property it owns provides the best
possible value for money for Council Tax payers and that it is
effectively managed and remains up to date and modern for people to
use.
The proceeds from any sales will then be re-invested into
building new facilities.
View the full list of sites and the
proposals for the possible future use of each site. The
proposals given are examples of how the sites could be used and we
welcome any further comments or suggestions on their future.
You can also view our consultation
document which includes a breakdown of each of the 17 assets,
photographs of the sites and the reasons why they have been
identified for disposal.
